Long COVID Recovery

The idea for this paper is to help your body recover from having an episode with the bioweapon. Follow the protocol for 2 weeks and re-evaluate your symptoms.

The SARS-CoV-2 spike protein will stay in your body for an indeterminate amount of time. Unfortunately, these spike proteins are toxic and lead to a myriad of health problems as they travel throughout the body such as blood clots, myocarditis, heart attack and sudden death.

 

Ivermectin

Take a minimum of 12mg per day for 2 weeks. Ivermectin is proven to bind with the spike protein so your body can remove it. Take with a fatty meal or peanut butter. If after 2 weeks there is no improvement, double the dose and repeat.

 

Bromelain and Acetylcysteine (NAC)

The combination of these two OTC supplements has been found effective at unfolding the spike protein making it unable to bond. This will assist the Ivermectin in the removal of spike proteins from the body that may be hanging around causing problems. See study.

  • Caution – if you take blood thinners, Bromelain will thin your blood more! Consult Dr.

Dose: take 1 of each capsule 2x daily

  • Bromelain is 416.5mg per capsule

  • NAC is 600mg per capsule

 

Licorice Root

The spike protein causes fibrin amyloid clots in the blood. Fibrinolysis is the normal enzymatic breakdown of fibrin clots. Spike protein causes fibrin amyloid clots that are resistant to the fibrinolysis process because they are miss-folded and also do not respond to anticlotting medicines like Heparin or Warfarin. Clots are similar to those made by venom, see study.

Dose: 3 different methods available

  • tincture ½ tsp 3x day

  • capsule 8x day

  • tea- 1tsp in 8oz- 3 cups per day

 

Lumbrokinase

Blood thinner to stop platelet hyperactivation that leads to micro-clotting.

Dose: 40mg per day

 

Dandelion Leaf

It has been found that an extract from the leaves blocks the ACE2 receptors from binding with the spike protein. Consider preparing yourself with this if you will be in close contact to spike protein shedding groups of people.

Dose:

  • tincture 1tsp up to 4x day

  • tea- 1tsp in 8 oz (larger leaves are bitter)- as needed

 

Curcumin (turmeric)

Anti-inflammatory and a host of other benefits.

Dose: 500mg 2x per day

 

Autophagy

The act of fasting for at least 12 hours will let the body process waste via autophagy. This process is how the body removes foreign and damaged proteins and will also promote the release of stem cells. It is key to removing all the spikes that Ivermectin and Bromelain & NAC have killed or damaged.

Make sure your dinner is early enough that you have at minimum 12 hours before you eat breakfast. Longer is better. Do this and make it a habit.
